District Sales Manager, Patient, South China(欧美独资医疗器械行业公司招聘销售经理,负责南部地区,面向医院客户)
Location :Guangzhou
Report to: National Sales Director, Patient, China
SUMMARY
Responsible for sales management of South China (Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hainan).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Comply with " Code of Conduct " and relevant local laws & regulations in all business transactions
? Develop and update sales management and performance appraisal systems regularly
? Collaborate with marketing team to work out and execute annual & quarterly marketing strategies and action plans in achieving target and building up brand image in targeted market
? Control and allocate given sales budgets appropriately to maximize the company interests with this limited recourse
? Maintain and develop the long-term relationship with key customers by designing and providing the value-added services
? Communicate with marketing, commercial and other department effectively
? Co-operate with distributor in terms of supply and debt collection to maximize both parties' interests
? Provide education or training when required by direct customer or distributors under the help of Market or Service department
?Participate in regular business meeting and discussion as well as hand in required business reports in time
? Assist Marketing team on collecting and providing all business information including market dynamic, competitor information, key account data and others to relevant department and colleagues as required
?Assist Service team on co-operating and coping with all customers complains especially quality issues and submit required summary or report as appropriate
? Involve actively in sales forecast and provide puncture figure
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
University degree in medical science
Excellent co-ordination, communication, interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and influence people
5+ year medical sales experience to patient affairs
Regional or district managerial experience definitely is a plus
KEY GLOBAL LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Business maturity;
MISCELLANEOUS
Intensive travelling in the region which be response
Flexible working hours
