职位描述：
工作地点位于嘉兴，工 资 面 议。
Operative part:
? Assessing and auditing new suppliers to support sourcing for LEGO JIA
? Actively handling claims with supplier and set up corrective actions for follow-up
? Performing supplier audits, identifying non-conformities and areas of potential risks in supplier processes and quality system
? Supporting and developing suppliers in establishing improvement programs, verifying implementation of quality improvement programs at suppliers
? Establishing and implementing incoming inspection procedure and internal NC material handling process
? Gathering, analyzing , monitoring, measuring and reporting the performance data of suppliers
? Close work with other departments and suppliers
? Creating relevant quality documentation
? Close collaborating within Global SQM Team to achieve most area standardization
? Team Management
? Other task assigned by leader
Tactical part:
? Care about this commodity from global perspective
? Responsibility of expertise in category
? Assure knowledge sharing worldwide
? Run big incidents or complex projects within category
? Secure standardization across
? Responsible for quality planning
? Secure collaboration between sites
? Creates close link between the procurement category
responsible, engineering, R&D and SQM
? Definition Supplier quality handbook
? Definition of development activities
? Assuring specifications are ok and communicated
? Assuring quality requirements in contracts
? Reporting on performance
? Escalation at underperforming
? Collaboration with procurement on sourcing decisions

EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor degree with at least 5 years working experience or Technical background with equivalent working experience
? ISO 9001 lead auditor experience and minimum 4 years in Supplier quality management position, at least 2 year in management role
? Outstanding communication and coordinating ability and open personality to push improvement aggressively
? Excellent English skill
? Prefer profound industrial knowledge of Printing and packing or chemical industry of resin and Master Batch
? Bachelor degree Major in Printing, Packaging engineering, Polymer engineering etc
? Internal auditor
? Six sigma as a plus
? Certain level of traveling mainly due to global meetings, supplier visits and training. Expectation is up to 3 days travels per month.
? IT skill mainly focusing on Excel, outlook, minitab etc
