Overall Purpose of Job:

- Assistant Internal Support Manager to supervise team's daily work.

- Develop and training teams technical competence

Main Tasks

- To assist and coordinate in the technical training for internal and external staff.

- To conduct, motivate subordinates and lead the team to accomplish the task assigned.

- To maintain and ultimate the process of strategy stock before placing to DC

- To provide technical check for project quotation and SOR, CTR and orders.


- To respond customer's inquires and give a brief explanation of the technical problem, alternatively proceed to the person(s) concerned for assistance

- To participate upon request in product seminar exhibitions and other sales promotion arrangement.
- To process special (FPV products etc.) orders and inquiries in coordination with the supplier.

- To communicate with the respective stakeholders, where local problem solving is not available

- To supervise, motivate subordinators and evaluate their performance so as to enhance their ability and increase the efficiency.

- Other tasks as management assigned.


JOB PROFILE



Education and Training


- Diploma or degree holder in hydraulic machinery, electric machines, power electronics or control field

- Good command in oral and written Chinese and English

- Fluent in Mandarin

Experiences

- Experienced with pumps or control panels maintenance or consultancy or sales works and team management, will be an advantage

Physique


- Male or female

- Preferably 30~35 years old
