Main responsibilities:
Including but not limit to below responsibilities:
1.Oversee the entire operation as well as the day-to-day operations in retail/wholesale, Merchandising, Logistic & Warehouse& IT, Marketing, Finance, law and HR, report to COO ;
2.Responsible for business strategy development, brand positioning and driving for revenue & profit increase;
3.Responsible for cross-function team work and build up a capable, motivate and engaged team culture;
4.Have business channel source and intensive human relations in society.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree with fluent in English;
2.At least 15 years or more in luxury industry with 5year in senior management level;
3.Proven experiences with solid record on business strategy execution;
4.Great leadership to lead multi-function team over 150 person;
5.Professional in numerical with higher performance;
