职位描述

Title: Senior Sales Engineer-Key Account

Department: Water Utility

Location: SH

Report to: WU Director


Overall Purpose of job:

? To drive the sales growth, through the area sales team, for both the international and national key customers. To responsible for the international project coordination within WU business.


Responsibilities:

? To develop relationship with both international and national key players; like BOT owners; in Water Utility business area.

? To formulate business plan, together with area sales leaders, with well defined strategy and action plans on how to stimulate sales growth with the international and national key accounts.

? To support, coordinate and monitor the implementation of business plans through Utility sales teams located throughout PR China.

? To develop the relationship with local regulatory authorities who are related to our business like Ministry of Environmental Protection etc.

? To develop and maintain relationship with professional association/institutions like universities; Waste water and water association etc.

? International project coordination for water utility projects.

? Owner of the Water Utility website and ensure, with the support from marketing, it is developed to be an interactive communication platform with the professionals in the Water Utility sector.

? To liaise with Public Affair Director and seek for his support to develop relationship with senior government officials who are related to our business either in Beijing or other provinces.

? To organize promotional activities together with area sales team and in liaise, if necessary, with the Public Affair Director.


Job Profile

Education and training:

- Bachelor degree or above at engineering

- Fluent in oral & written Chinese & English

Experience:

- At least 5-8 Y experience in WU industry or related

- At least 3-5 Y in sales management responsibility.

Personality:

- Good at direct selling skill, key account selling and business development competence.

- Team management skill and channel management skill.

- Willing to take challenge.

Physical:

- Male or Female

- Preferably 35-45 years old

- Matured with can do attitude

- Physically fit
