Purpose of Job:

- Anticipate future mega trends, demands and developments in target market segment

- Enhance the product knowledge of Alldos dosing & disinfection in China

- Develop the understanding of the main applications of Dosing & disinfection products in China

Main tasks - Product & Market Understanding

v Responsible for transferring the product knowledge of D&D in China from Germany company and internal stakeholders

v Responsible for giving input to develop new products and local customized product, in charge of production technology and product management,

v Responsible for prepare and hold technical seminars and presentations to support sales;

v Market development campaign, maintaining price list, improved market awareness, increase brand image, conduct training and work with Grudnfos market survey and market intelligence team.

- Application Development

v Identify main applications of key products as business development opportunities in target market segment.

v Prioritize business applications and drive application business development together with sales team

v build the networking with design institutes and related industry stakeholders to support business growth

- Training & technical support

v Conduct product & application training to sales and other functions in China & APREG, be responsible for setting Alldos dosing & disinfection competence center in China

v Provide technical support to sales if needed

- Market Communication

v work together with Grundfos China sales operation / promotion team to organize the exhibitions, seminars, workshops and advertisement related to D&D.

Decisions Competences - Decides within agreed frame for D&D competence building.

Work Relations - Main work relations would be:

a. IAlldos sales team

b. Alldos project & service team

c. Grundfos China Market intelligence , sales operation

d. Others relevant

JOB PROFILE

Education and Training

- Bachelor .Sc. degree (Business and/or Technical)

Experiences

- Minimum 3 years of product or application engineer experience , preferred in Dosing & disinfection areas

- Good communication skills, be able to use English for communication

- Drive for results: Consistently strives to deliver results and shows interest and enthusiasm toward achieving goals and stretch targets.

- Ability to prioritize the most important goals and consistently follows through to agreed actions.
