Key Tasks
? To lead respective local supply team based in Changshu supply Chain center(50%)
? To act as a communicator between Supply Specialists ,Customer Service Manager and Sales
? To participate in implementation of SC strategic targets
? To participate in implementation of Customer Service and Supply processes at regional level
? To plan and lead service development
? To lead and coach supply team in daily operations
? To support regional projects as required.
? To lead the supply team and do the PPR for supply specialist.
? To act as one or more local part-time key user roles(Sell-it, DM, COL, etc)
? Partly handle Supply Specialists duties( depends on sub team job arrangements) 50%
? Support sales on forecasting and follow up the allocation
? Order coordination, input, amendment, confirmation and follow up
? Execute the customer contracts and related documentations
? Enquiry Handling
? Support sales and Technical sales on Claim handling process
? Rebate and commission handling
? Invoicing

Prerequisites
? Post-secondary level diploma or corresponding knowledge
? Related work experience 5 years +
? Fluency in both Chinese and English
? Working hour 9:00 – 18:00

? Deep knowledge of company and service offering
? Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
? Good knowledge of Sell It, Move it, PTDi, MIS, and e-business tools
Safety Requirement (Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities, with the cooperation and support from local sales segment leaders or office safety representatives)
? Ensure a good understanding of safety procedures, and constantly discuss the reform within team. Regularly check the working site to ensure compliance, and discuss the safety problems with the team
? Plan and implement daily safety activities to promote safety awareness, identify safety risks, ensure timely stop, reporting and investigation when any unsafe behavior, dangerous equipment and incident are found
? Carefully develop the work plans with own team against safety risks in working situation
Regularly organize team discussion on safety management, ensure that the team members understand their safety objectives and responsibilities, and encourage team members to share experience and lessons with each other, and ensure that the team members can understand
