Overall Purpose of Job:

The Assistant Tax Manager is overall responsible to manage tax exposure and ensure compliance with China tax law and regulations, conduct tax research and keep update on the latest tax legislative changes, and pursue tax saving opportunities in Grundfos China region, including sales, production and R&D.

Main Tasks

· Establish tax review and filing procedures to ensure compliance with PRC tax laws;

· Review all tax paper, including tax filling and documents that send to government and bureau to ensure correct tax accounting and filing;

· Review of annual transfer pricing documentation;

· Identify tax savings opportunities and drive implementation;

· In charge of tax reporting to China Region management and Group HQ;

· Keep track of latest tax regulation developments and provide tax training/updates to local entities finance team;

· Support local entities in tax audits/dispute cases to help protection of company's interests

· Rendering Tax advisory support to local entity's business projects

· Maintain good communication with tax authorities where local entities operate.

Education and training:

· Accounting degree or equivalent

· At least 5 years of tax work experience with tax department of Big 4 firms and also MNC

· Sound knowledge of China tax regulations, China GAAP and IFRS

· Good command in oral and written Chinese & English
