岗位职责：

EATON has initiated Leadership Development Program (LDP Program) for over 10 years in China. We have been concentrating to build a solid and fast development pipeline for talents who are willing to join Eaton and seek long term career development with Eaton. LDP Program contains different functional programs: HRDP Program, FLDP Program, OLDP Program, SCMDP Program and ETLP Program.

The OLDP Program aims to cultivate future operation leaders for plants by developing and preparing participants through working in a variety of operational assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.

The program participant will:

Complete three 1-year progressively rotational assignments in Manufacturing Engineering, Operational Excellence, Material Planning, Quality & Lean Manufacturing, etc.

Undertake meaningful projects/assignments to build competencies through individual efforts and teamwork.

Have developmental opportunities from professional training, assignment coaching.

Build broad working experience and networking across businesses and locations.

Have exposure opportunities in front of senior leadership teams to further support the build-up of long term career development path.

任职要求：

Master or Bachelor’s Degree with Engineering majors. For example：

Vehicle Engineering

Automation

Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

Have relevant internship or project experience

Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials

Be passionate and willing to take challenges

Have strong mobility and flexibility in working locations

Possess good learning agility

Have future career aspirations in operational and manufacturing leadership

Be fluent in both written and oral English communication skills
