工作职责 Responsibilities::
行政助理 Admin. Assistant
? 简历筛选、面试通知、面试接待、员工入离职手续办理
? 公司来电接听与转接、解答咨询及传递信息工作,快件接收与邮寄、来访客人接待、会议室管理等
? 办公用品采购、管理与发放、办公设备的管理与维护,固定资产统计等
? Responsible for CV screening, interview notification, candidate reception, handle of staff registration and resignation procedures
? Responsible for screening and transfer of incoming calls, dealing with inquiry and information distribution, collection of courier, entrance access management, visitors reception, conference room management, etc.
? Responsible for office supply procurement/management and distribution, management and maintenance of office equipment and company property management and so on
销售助理 Sales assistant
? 担任销售支持,处理商务询价、报价、合同的拟订;
? 负责公司商务资讯及销售数据的登记、归档及制表,并适时按销售及市场部门所需提供相关报表;
? 协助销售处理商务项目的客户联络(电话、电邮、会议)、售后支持;
? 协助处理市场相关事务;
? 其他公司领导安排的事务。
? Sales support such as handling business inquiry, quotation, contract;
? Responsible for registration, archiving of the company business information and sales data, and provide relevant report timely according to the requirement of sales and marketing Dept.;
? Assist sales to handle contact of business project (via phone, email, meeting), after-sales support;
? Support with marketing work, such as material collection, event coordination.
? Deal with other issues arranged by the management.
任职要求:
1. 有相关工作经验者优先;
2. 全日制大学专科以上学历,英语专业优先考虑;
3. 熟练的英语听、说、写能力
4. 优秀的商务沟通及中文书面表达能力。
5. 具有积极、主动的学习能力及优秀的团队合作能力,服务意识强;
6. 能承受工作压力并合理高效地分配、协调领导布置的多项任务;
7. 熟练应用微软办公软件(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)更佳;
Qualifications:
1. Relevant experienced preferred.
2. English background is preferable.
3. Good command of English, fluent spoken English,
4. Excellent Mandarin verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ownership in attaining performance goals. Self-directed within a team environment, willing to help others
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Detailed, organized, and results driven with the ability to solve problems.
7. Computer experience required, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
