职位描述：

Job Purpose:

Responsible to provide visibility of issues and success in assigned accounts through daily operations performance management.

Responsible to report and manage operations performance for agreed Customer accounts. Responsible for follow up on SOP execution with operations. Key contact point of customer and will manage tactical and day to day operations and customer communication. Responsible for performance reporting (KPI management), supporting ad hoc quotations and projects. Some time spent supporting KAM on account development.

Key Working Relationships:

Regular/ Daily meetings with Account managers and operations teams on performance management
Weekly meetings with the GM Operations Excellence
Monthly meetings with country management or Sector leader on account performance
Monthly meetings with Customer
Prepare and organize meetings and trainings as required

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

Education & Qualifications:

· Graduate in logistics or qualification in an appropriate discipline

Knowledge & Skills

· Strong in operations process understanding.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Understanding of our logistics industry.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Fluent in speaking and writing in English and local language.

· Competent with tools including Warehouse Management Systems, Freight Management Systems, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

· ZDS / Implementation understanding preferred.
