职位描述：
Responsibility:

1. In charge of product/project quality management from design phase to the whole life cycle;
2. To identify necessary quality requirements (Listing of Requirements);
3. To consider Lessons / Learned, field experiences in new innovation projects and in ECR process;
4. To support the project team in the tailoring process (define suitable submission level for the relevant software elements within projects);
5. To identify risks with the team members, define suitable measures for risk reduction and control the progress;
6. To plan and deploy necessary design and process controls in the series production;
7. To plan, implement and evaluate the maturity of necessary software test equipment;
8. To review the results of capability studies;
9. Where software is concerned to support and monitor transfers of product and production processes, ensure APQP / PPAP approach;
10. To prepare the required quality reviews with the project team based on the defined submission level;
11. To support on-boarding process for new suppliers;
12. To perform APQP / PPAP together with suppliers, define necessary submission level applicable to the supplier;
13. To release new products from software suppliers or contribute when products from suppliers contain software (PPAP);
14. To identify and plan necessary process and product audits for innovation projects;
15. To create necessary product-specific technical terms of delivery (TLB);
16. To make out the test plan base on product SPEC.
17. To support the definition of general TLBs in conjunction with the GSD Team;
18. To support customer quality management in defining quality management agreements with customers;
19. To support GSD in defining quality management agreements with suppliers;
20. To escalate any identified, not mitigated risk to quality to the Divisional Quality manager and relevant Business Unit Management.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree of electronics is preferred;
2. More than 8 years quality management experience;
3. With electronics product design/test/quality experience is preferred;
4. Know about switching power supply, relay, isolator, network switch is preferred;
5. Can understand electronics circuit schematic;
6. Familar with quality management method, such as APQP, PPAP;
7. Know how to use lesson learn, FMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC etc.;
8. Know how to manage supplier;
9. Have the working experience in OEM/ODM is preferred;
10. Honest, team work spirit, motivated, can work in high pressure;
