1、全面负责客房部的管理工作；
2、制定完善客房部工作制度和程序；
3、对客房服务质量进行管理和控制；
4、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查本部工作质量及工作效率；
5、 控制客房各类耗用。
任职要求：
1、 大专以上学历，三年以上相关酒店工作经验；
2、 掌握客房管理、服务流程和质量标准；
3、 熟悉酒店客房管理整体运作流程及运营管理；
4、 具有良好的组织协调能力、应变能力、管家能力和信息管理能力。
