一、协助物业部经理工作开展和日常行政事务处理。
二、督促各物业公司工作计划实施。
三、了解掌握各项目区域物业管理相关情况，为物业部经理工作决策提供依据。
四、参与新开发项目的前期物业管理的投标书、委托合同的编制定工作。
五、参与制定、修订物业各项管理制度。
六、参与新开发项目前期物业管理的各项筹备工作。
七、了解各区域当地物业管理政策，掌握市场动态和资料收集。
八、完成物业部经理交办的临时性工作任务。
有物业相关管理工作经验者优先！！！！
