Regional Sales Manager(美国500强,行业内垄断企业,丰富海外培训机会,新设代表处,良好的发展前景,直接向德国销售总监汇报,可组建团队,薪资待遇优厚)
Responsibilities:
l To maintain strong rapport with current customers within geographic region for long term business partnership.
l To hunt continuous growth opportunities in new products and customers in business regions.
l To implement strategic marketing plans to achieve key sales performance indicators.
l To review, analyze and report sales performance periodically (monthly, quarterly) and execute corrective actions to improve performance in the ensuing period(s).
l To analyze competitors' status to ensure awareness of market share to establish a dominant market position
l To develop sales strategy with marketing personnel for the profitable business opportunities.
l To work closely with production, logistic and support personnel.
l To develop and motivate subordinate sales team.
l To ensure accounts receivable are observed according to the Company’s policy for the healthy working capital running.
l Directly report to Director of Sales & Marketing, China.
Specifications:
l The candidate should have a University degree. MBA will be an advantage.
l Have good knowledge of business environment in China.
l Have creative thinking ability and strong market analytical skills
l Have excellent interpersonal skills within and outside the organization – peers, customers, government, business associates, etc.
l Willing to travel intensively in China.
l Have excellent supervisory and motivational skills.
l Good knowledge in financial and accounting implications to product costing, relationship between volume, contribution and profitability of the company
l Should have at least eight years’ sales management experience in industrial products, preferably from the metal / chemical industry.
l Demonstrated track record in opening and closing of business deals, contracts with local and global customers.
l Have strong command of written and oral Chinese and English.
l Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system (BPCS)
