Job Description
1.Audit supplier production process and quality system, provide appropriate feedback and solution
2.Handle quality complaint from company factory sites, work with supplier for root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action
3.Verify the quality control plan written by overseas factory site
4.Provide training and guidance to Company Asia inspector
5.Manage the batch once it is rejected by Company inspector
6.Provide support to project management team during the project development stage
7.Manage the supplier quality performance
8.Take Leadership on at least one product Categorie.
9.Ensure that our quality procedures are strictly applied
10.Handle Non Conformity Form linked to their supplier
11.Bring quality expertise to our OEM development system
12. Bring quality expertise to our ODM development system

Qualification
1.Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering
2.At least 3 years of experience on Quality Control, or with managerial experience of 5 years as factory quality manager or equivalent.
3.Strong management skills
4.Excellent communication across usual cultural barriers
5.Fluent in English – Chinese
