Responsibilities:
² Lead a team of Project Engineers (allocation of projects and evaluation of their performance)
² Execute development process defined by the Product Development Director
² Monitor projects for product families.
² Make sure that projects are on time, respect specifications and that products can be produced in accordance with target price
² Propose corrective action if any deviation
² Project risk forecast and analysis
² Provide weekly and monthly KPI on lead time, quality and costs.
² Liaise with project team set up by each supplier
² Develop product expertise
² Take the role to communicate with related
Requirements:
² Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering
² Experience in Project or in Process with at least 5 years
² Experience in relation with supplier in an international enviornment
² Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is plus
