Overview

Duvel Moortgat China is seeking a multi-talented Marketing Executive/Manager with high energy level to develop and maintain the social media platforms (WeChat/Weibo), other digital marketing programs, media relations, and plan and execute brand sponsorship events. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role (either in-house B2C marketing or on the agency side).

Duvel Moortgat (www.DuvelMoortgat.cn) is a Belgian brewing group renowned for brewing quality beers such as Duvel, Vedett, La Chouffe, Liefmans, Boulevard, and Firestone Walker. Duvel Moortgat China is the group’s China subsidiary and has been operating in the country for ten years with seven offices (located in Shanghai-HQ, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi’an, Wuhan, and Chengdu). Responsibilities
? Strategize, develop, and grow our brands’ social media and online presence
? Generate regular content for Duvel and Vedett’s WeChat and Weibo accounts
? Manage incoming orders for customized Vedett bottles from local consumers
? Create, coordinate, and execute consumer-facing events (including beer festivals, music festivals, sponsorship events, etc.)
? Actively seek and secure brand sponsorships to reach our key target audience
? Build and maintain relationship with key media and KOL contacts
? Proactively search for other brand-building opportunities
? Ensure all outgoing materials conform to brand guideline and communication strategy
? Other projects as assigned by direct report

Skills
? Knowledge of brand marketing principles and social media tools
? Ability to think on a higher level for strategic planning and annual budgeting activities
? Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
? Attention to detail and highly organized when executing day-to-day task
? Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
? Not afraid to take on new responsibilities and grow with the company
? Outgoing, proactive personality with a hands-on approach to solving new problems


Requirements
? 2-3 years of experience in a B2C marketing role (FMCG industry preferred) or on the agency side (PR/events/advertising)
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
? Fluency in Chinese and English both written and spoken
