工程经理：

Engineering Manager ( work in Shenzhen)

Job Summary:

Lead and manage design team on NVH, CAE, CFD and Gear initiatives and

implementing improvements

Key function including conducting CAE simulation tasks, in particular

towards NVH related attributes, specifically focusing on automotive

products



Responsibilities:

Leading combined NVH, CAE, CFD and Gear tasks for design team

Performing NVH to ensure appropriate processing

Developing NVH specifications for the system and cascading them from

vehicle component to part level

Investigating, measuring, analyzing and reporting on NVH, CAE, CFD and Gear

issues at any level suing structured test methodologies

Identifying, analyzing and proposing resolution to unacceptable results



Responsibilities:

Structural engineering design with experience in computer aided tools,

especially finite-element (FEA) based noise and vibration analysis (NVH)

for products

Competence in the use of the appropriate CAE and NVH tools and techniques,

with a focus on correlation between simulation and physical parts

Knowledge of automotive vehicle system dynamics and NVH characteristics

Strong analytical skills with regards to modal analysis, systems modeling,

design of experiments

Possess effective technical presentation skills which can provide an

understanding of vibration control products and their functions

Master degree above

6 years working experience

Good English
