Business Development Manager ( two openings)
Expats from HK, Singapore, Malaysia & Local Chinese can be considered.
1. BDM (Business Unit: APG ETM)
(1)Education: Degree or above in Engineering.
(2)Over 10 -yr experience in business development (i.e.MNCs).
(3)Account Servicing and new business > implement strategy, P&L, pricing and development.
(4)Good spoken English.
Must have: Automotive industry, sale contract negotiations, sales reference 300k/yr up.
2. BDM (Business Unit : APG , Dept.: PC )
(1)Education: Degree or above in Engineering or Business.
(2)Over 10-yr experience in business development (i.e.MNCs).
(3)Account Servicing to maintain sales at USD 15M/yr and generate 30% in new business at USD 15M/yr. Customers: 100% Asia (20% China and 80% SEA) and also 20%OEM and 80% in T1. Good in implement strategy, P&L, pricing and product development.
(4)Good spoken English.
Must have: Automotive industry (motion systems); good in pricing strategy and sales contract negotiations. Good in product development, and handling long selling-cycle business deals (i.e.2-yr+)
