职位描述：
工作职责：
-Create more TFE capabilities and businesses in China and Hong Kong
-To develop specific solutions to key customers
-To be in cope with Commercial departments and TFE Global to Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
-Respond to customer enquiriescomplaints
-Conduct sales visits (Existing Potential customers) locally or overseas upon proper requests.
-Analyse the China exhibition market and drive the development to increase the number of “own exhibition” nominations
-Responsible for the profitability and continuous development of TFE business.
-Defines, monitors and enforces targets to the operational units
-Monitor and develop the operational processes, responsibilities, communication and correspondence to external customers and within the DHL organisation = operation excellence
-Select and assigns key positions to reach targets
-Analyses costs and cost structure of production on countrycountry group level, and derives improvement measurements and actions
-Ensure regular and transparent reporting towards management



任职资格：
-10+ years logistics relevant experiences.
-3+ years living in China logistics market. Excellent English capability.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent product knowledge
-Innovative minding.
-Knowledge of international trading
-Negotiation skills
-Analytical skills
-Microsoft Office application
-Excellent MS Excel & PPT
