职位描述：
Job Responsibility:

Factory supply chain management to ensure the process in place for a smooth transaction on timely basis to provide operation excellence.
Oversee the supply, inventory management and replenishment planning activities to effectively meet the demand and other requirements of these businesses.
Purchasing control. Responsible for order cycle fulfillment principal, capital equipment & office supply purchase (NPR)
Building and maintaining proper communication channels and relationship with suppliers, oversee supplier credit control and payment execution
NPI / Transfer project support on BOM review, parts procurement and logistics.
Lead efforts on factory inventory reduction and AOP/ROFO plan.
On-going responsibility for warehouse management & warehouse lean operation
Import/Export control, forwarder/ transportation management, working closely with Government Customs to facilitate delivery and meet regulatory compliance
ERP system support
Performing other duties as required or deemed necessary by the Corporate
 

Qualification:

Bachelor or higher degree, with strong knowledge on supply chain management & operational excellence
Excellent communication skills, be able to manage cross-site & cross-function teams and projects
Highly self-motivated, capable of working under pressure
Strong ERP system knowledge and experience, capable to performance Financial analysis
Possess expertise in inventory management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Requires knowledge of the functional areas, and the operational procurement processes.
Needs to integrate logistics processes with manufacture, purchasing, procurement, marketing, R&D functions
Lean operation knowledge and experiences, capable to lead Lean implementation initiatives
