职位描述：
地点位于浙江嘉兴乐高玩具，***，男女不限。
岗位描述：
1. Main tasks and responsibilities:
1） Being the strategic pulling power to CMA LT, MLT, and all other stakeholders
2） Represent the EHS agenda widely making sure that the organization owns LEGO mind-set on this field that is reflected in the expected high work safety level
3） Leading and coordination of the local EHS team
4） Responsible for the operation and development of the Environment Health and Safety Managing System
(ISO 14 001 and OHSAS 18 001 by the standard) and EHS organization
5） Configuration, maintenance and continuous development of EHS system
6） Coordination, formation and follow-up of the EHS targets and programs
7） Improvement, coordination and follow-up of the programs for accident prevention, health care issues, and “Planet promise”
8） Following and supervising the compliance with the applicable legal requirements /laws /regulations of environmental protection
9） Represents LEGO JIA on the global EHS forums from the domain side as EHS expert.
10） Responsible for the preparation, collection and send of the weekly and monthly EHS KPI’s to the local and global level and for the preparation of actions if it is needed
11） Responsible for the preparation, finalisation and follow-up of the Factory EHS TIP
12） Responsible for the regularly inspections, participation on the GO-LOOK-SEE’s
2. Audit-relevant activities:
1） Responsible for the preparation of the factory to the internal and external audits
2） Collation of the internal audit plans and taking part in executing audits (both in the case of audits executed by internal and external parties); fulfilling the possible duties as a lead-auditor
3. Communication, cooperation:
1） Provide the regular information exchange between the EHS group and the local leadership team
2） Keeping the connection with the of the Global EHS Senior Director and cooperation with the global EHS team
3） Cooperation with the Factory Committee
4. Training:
1） Organization and participation on external and internal trainings in connection with EHS system
2） Educational, organizational and supervisory tasks in connection with the newly hired employees, the Firefighters and the EHS support team


任职资格：
EXPERIENCE：
1) Minimum of 5 years demonstrated EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment
2) Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership or global coordination or project management experience
3) Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multiple EHS strategies and processes from either EHS side or from business side
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS ：
1) Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related discipline; or engineering degree
2) Auditor management qualification
3) Professional environmental-protection or safety qualification is a definite advantage
LANGUAGE SKILLS ：
