Responsibilities:
?Lead Owner’s Website use cases related to personalized content/messaging and manage other use cases, inputs and technical requirements for market stakeholders.
?Collaborate with colleagues at central marketing in Stuttgart and external partners regarding technical development of the Owner’s Website, initiate on-going status updates/meetings with market stakeholders, ensure website development timelines and budgetary requirements are met.
?Manage development of transactional components of the Owners Website and dealers’ needs in regards to the Owner Site and ensure solid processes and contents.
?Develop and deploy agreed content, direct message and coordinate website updates/modifications required by market stakeholders, ensure seamless operation of the transactional integration into the systems, also into the CRM system.
?Define, update and refine data driven campaigns to present relevant, targeted offers to customers visiting the site resulting in increased sales, service, cross-sell and up-sell.
?Develop/activate marketing communications campaigns on Owner’s Website, actively ideate and coordinate development of new Owner’s Website use cases.
?Develop and deploy Lifecycle messaging to leverage the capabilities of the Owners Website in the Customer Journey.
Requirements:
?Bachelor degree, experience in project management is preferred
?At least 3 years working experience, knowledge in marketing field is preferred
?Highly self-motivated, good communication skills and ability to integrate
?Fluent in both oral and written English
