工作内容:
1. Customer Order Processing in Siebel/ePSF
2. Opportunity booking in Siebel
3. Administer all aspects of Contract management in Siebel/ePSF including
4. Ensure good document control
5. Service Request generation, management and closure in Siebel
6. Requisitioning parts, materials, services etc (Siebel, Oracle & ePSF)
7. Validation of PO & obtain supplier acknowledgement
8. Customer order acknowledgement
9. Spot work tracking maintenance for Operations forecasting
10. Expedite orders via supply chain
11. Goods receipt of orders on delivery
12. Invoice generation
13. Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution)
14. Customer master data set up & management
15. Standard project reporting
16. Monthly system updates including budget adjustments, entering/approving time, update wrongly booked time
17. Change order management
18. Validate new starts set up correctly in ePSF
19. Clear concise communications to Regional Admin, Project Organization at local level, supply chain & Project Execution Centres (PEC's)
岗位要求:
? Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with order management expertise
? Must have completed Post Secondary education
? Experience working in a multi discipline team
? Eager to learn and work in a changing and fast growing environment
? Customer and action oriented
? Self motivated with good communication skills
? Strong team player with positive outlook
? Proven organisational and self-motivation abilities
? Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries
? Has a hands on approach
? Interpersonal skills
? Oral & written communication at all levels
? English Fluent
? Other Asia languages a plus
