Job Responsibility:
1. Assist with Plant HR Manager on general HR affairs handling & overall HR supporting, including but not limited to organizational capability development, employee selection/exit, employee communication/consultation, performance management, HR policy communication & compliance monitoring, employee engagement and talent retention etc. Take measures to maximize employee morale and maintain positive employee relations with employees at all levels.
2. Support, implement & track performance management system- Talent Management System, supervise the talent card and quality of development plan, take actions accordingly.
3. Involved in and support the organization culture build-up and employee engagement improvement through a series of projects, programs and actions follow-up.
4. Act as a key member on building organizational capabilities through varies of development programs to continuously drive and promote the organizational & talent capabilities improvement to meet the changing business development needs.
5. Be responsible for training champion, including training system establishment, training policy and process review and optimization, training needs analysis. Act as a key interface with IRU for program & project implementation.
6. Maintain a working knowledge of ISO procedures. Continuous improvement of the whole training system to meet internal/external audit requirement.
7. Be responsible for the OJT team leading, drive the multi-skill talent pool review and development, lead the behavior based training optimization.
8. Other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years solid HR experience covering multiple HR functions in multinational companies and with 3 years HR training & development/ organizational development experiences.
3. Comprehensive HR knowledge and hands-on experience in training and OD function. Can initiate and implement tailored OD programs for the organization development needs.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can well relates to the employees at all levels.
5. Open minded, strong sense of responsibility, diligent and details oriented.
6. Good problem solving skills with strong team work spirit, can work under pressure.
7. Good presentation skills and excellent English both written and oral.
