A. Drive 939X series product quality improvement
B. Monitor the tracking of field problems & complaints and push the improvement of engineering quality issues
C. Establish objectives, policies, and procedures for third-party products assurance, approve of Cooperation Company and engineering quality assurance.
D. Provide resource to supervise external engineering quality and conduct engineering authentication
E. Monitor the audit activities to customer service and logistic department etc.
F. Monitor the quality of customized products and drive the quality improvement.
G. Serves as Customer representative to ensure that customer requirements are addressed
Requirements：
Technical: ISO & industrial standard, QC tools, Hardware design, test methodologies
Managerial: Coach, Plan, Target setting, Performance review, Good communication, Strategy define
Process: ProLaunch, IPD, CMMI
Skill: Problem encountered, HR tools, Presentation
Language: Writing and Speaking English level
