Main Job Responsibilities:
?Manage monthly payroll processes for 2 legal entities in China, including interpretation of sales incentive/commission, IIT declaration and payment, administration of mandatory social benefit and supplemental benefits, as well as timely submission of summary and accrual reports as required;
?Manage the employment contract subscription and renewal process to ensure timely and complete contract coverage;
?Manage both the statutory-level and company-level enrollment and exit process to ensure full compliance with labor laws and to minimize the legal and economic risk for the company
?Maintain a well-organized & updated personnel filing system as well as human resources information system and payroll records, to ensure the accuracy of information and to meet the requirement of internal and external audit;
?Assist in develop, maintain and implement a competitive and equitable compensation & benefits structure and system in compliance with corporate policies by periodic surveys and other means & tools;
?Provide human resources advisory and consultation for line managers and staff on human resources practices, esp. on staff welfare, labor laws, income tax, and related regulations;
?Work with other team members to promote moral, staff cohesion and sense of belonging by implementation of employee relationship projects;
?Coordinate with all departments on implementation of HR policies and procedures;
Job qualification and skills:
?Bachelor Degree, HR specialization will be a plus;
?2 years professional experience in HR field, work experience in C&B function is a plus;
?Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations;
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
?Customer-oriented, resourceful and responsivem, self-starter with strong motivation, be able to work independently;
?"can do" attitude, willing to learn and can work under pressure;
?Proficiency in MS Office, esp. in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
?good command of English;
