岗位职责:
工程经理全职入住客户现场并领导现场团队履行合同要求的服务内容,满足客户期望。负责
工程服务的绩效与公司标准和运营规程相匹配,确保高质量按时交付合同范围内的维护任务。并
且他们还需要承担教练和辅导员的角色,指导团队全面理解和执行索迪斯营运必做
The Engineering Manager is deployed fulltime on site and leads their team to fulfill
contractual obligations to meet customers’ expectations. The Engineering Manager is
responsible for the performance of Engineering Services in line with Sodexo standards and
operational procedures to ensure the high quality and timely delivery of all maintenance activity
within the contract scope. He/She also need to be a coach and mentor to the team members
and be thoroughly conversant with Sodexo business processes (Les Incontournables)
