JOB MISSION:
To operate within the Retail Team, reporting directly to the Retail Operations Director, responsible for supervising all operational tasks and supporting the store expansion plans for the assigned region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Support the Retail Operations Director in the opening of new directly operated retail stores for the assigned region;
2.Co-ordinate with all relevant departments to ensure the new store opening is on schedule and with appropriate and sufficient stock level and manpower;
3.Support the achievement of commercial objectives for the assigned areas, ensuring respect and implementation of the Company strategies and policies;
4.Communicate and liaise with Store-in-Charge to collect field interest information and ensure that store management is aligned with business goals;
5.Create the implementation of specific sales projects in order to boost the sales;
6.Support Retail Operations Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the operation standards of the stores and to coordinate the activities of the Store-in-Charge;
7.Implement commercial and administrative procedures, acting as a liaison between Retail Operations Director, DOS and all other relevant internal departments (including, but not limited to: Merchandising, HR, Training, Finance, Retail Excellence, Logistics, Marketing, etc.);
8.Train store teams on different administrative and commercial procedures (POS, Sales, Discounts, Returns, Exchanges, Stocks, Transfers, After Sales, CRM, etc.);
9.Support the Retail Operations Director in coordinating Store Managers activities;
10.Staff development;
11.Customer complaint handling.
12.Others:
- Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization
- Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion retail management with at least 3 years’ experience in China market, international brand experience a plus.
2. Strong business acumen with successful proven track records in leading sizeable retail team is essential.
3. Team-oriented & collaborative with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels & influence business decisions with internal & external partners.
4. Strong analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. A self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, and staff development are essential.
2. Highly organized & proactive with strong ownership & passion for the brand.
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
