职位描述：
This role should be able toprovide leadership of SAP Finance Practices, including strategic planning, demand generation, pipeline development, strategic deal closure, supervising the delivery in strategic customers.

SAP Finance solution executiveis a quarter-back of the SAP Finance Practices inSAP Global Services and Support. The key responsibilities are:
? Solution Architecting:
o Architect SAP solutions to address the pain points and to realize the business benefits of customer’s Financial function
o Initially set up SAP Finance practices
? Strategic planning:
o Identify the key marketing opportunities in the function area of Finance and develop a business development plan
o Define the GTM positioning of SAP Finance Solutions
? Quality pipeline development:
o Provide Finance Solution thought leadership, value proposition, SAP solution package, global references, and etc,
o Speak in the public events and develop and maintain a circle of the CFOs
? Strategic deals pursuit
o Closely work with virtual account team, especially services sales,in deal closure
o Develop business value proposition (business case) of SAP Finance solutions
? Key delivery projects supervision and advisory
o Setup business value realization governance model in the solution implementation
o Join the steering committee of the delivery project

Experience & Language Requirements
？ Professional experience with large, multi-nationalsoftware/IT organizations and with a demonstrated expertise in cooperate finance strategy, planning, and execution
？ SAP product experience and/or 8-15 years prior relevant industry/solutions experience. Viewed as SAP Finance solutions expert, capable of leveraging an extensive network on behalf of SAP resulting in pipeline and revenue growth. Proven track record of success in selling and delivering SAP Finance Solutions. Customer facing experience.
？ Experience in program management including marketing initiatives and key business drivers
？ Consulting experiences with a major firm & a breadth of experience across multiple engagement
？ Good Mandarin and English presentation skills
？ Strategic sales or sales management experience is preferred
Education
？ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred
