POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）
This position acts as the centralized link between identifying customer clinical needs and supporting the business to find solutions to meet these customer expectations. This role will be responsible for developing DS clinical trial strategy, protocol, study report of all registration clinical trials and provide qualified medical insight over all post marketing clinical trials, safety issues, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1. Make a long term clinical trial strategy by working closely with RA, Marketing team, and global/China medical affairs team, and design/manage the clinical trial/study aligned with Business strategy.
2. Responsible for effective communication with project team, clinical research manager, regulatory manager, expert and statisticians for the development of protocols and medical reports.
3. Responsible for writing study protocols and study reports; and translation of medical files or related documents or reports.
4. Provide training to clinical operation team for the clinical trial
5. Provide technical and educational training for both internal and external customers as a medical expert
6. Resolve questions/problems by researching topics and consulting with DS technical, quality and regulatory resources
7. Build and maintain relationships with WW Medical group and counterparts
8. Collaborate with marketing communications on clinical initiatives
9. KOL management and KOL database setting up
10. Ensure the compliance of Greater China medical affairs activities with BD corporate medical policy and SOP.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. The ability to understand clinical data, coupled with excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese;
2. In-depth knowledge of scientific study design and implementation, as well as data analysis of study findings.
3. Good communication and analytical skill
4. Strong minded regarding compliance issues yet willing to be flexible on problem solution
5. Flexible in learning elements relating to the medical device side of business and products
6. Flexible and adaptable to fit into a new environment and culture smoothly and easily

DESIRABLE（优先条件）
1. PHD/Master Degree of clinical medicine, Biology, Microbiology with clinical or research laboratory background is preferred;
2. 4 years Medical affairs experience from multi-national health care companies is preferred
