Responsible for all fit-out work within public area and cooperate with other departments for related work.
负责购物中心除租户区域装修外的所有装修相关工作及配合其他部门有关装修工作等。
【Responsibilities工作职责】
1）General 概述
Responsible for shopping center decoration drawing review (including signage), lead the related fit-out work, construction site management and related maintenance.
负责购物中心装饰装修图纸审核（含店招），主导装修类的相关工程改造以及施工现场管理以及本部门的装修方面相关维修等工作。
2）Specific 工作范围
- Responsible for fit-out pre-design to apply, deepen the drawing reviewing, technical scope of work preparation and supplier search. Meanwhile, responsible for construction play and follow the procurement process.
- 负责装修相关的工程改造的前期设计提资、相关图纸的深化审核、技术工作范围编制和供应商的搜寻。以及制定施工计划进度，并按采购流程提交采购申请到采购部。
- Coordinate supplier and Facility department to follow the construction plan to complete related work and organize site material acceptance inspection during construction period. Organize site acceptance inspection once the construction completed.
- 施工中协调供应商及工程部各专业按照进度计划完成各项施工任务, 组织施工现场材料验收。施工完毕后对项目组织竣工验收。
- Responsible for cooperating with TC to review decoration drawings, double-check the site technical review and construction quality control. Making the opinions and measures to check the construction quality.
- 负责配合TC（租户协调）对租户的装修图纸进行审核，检查租户装修改造工程中现场技术复核和施工质量的把控。提出处理意见及措施，对工程施工质量进行把关。
- Coordinated approach procedures for the relevant supplier.
- 协调供应商办理相关进场手续。
- Organize to do a good job related to the decoration quality data analysis and make the related improvement needs/measures. Monitoring the corrective and preventive actions.
- 组织抓好工程部的有关装修质量的数据分析工作，并识别出相应的改进需求、编制改进措施，监督纠正、预防措施的实施与验证。
- Assist and cooperate with department co-workers to do related work and complete work assigned by the leadership. Responsible for daily fit-out management and related maintenance work.
- 协助配合部门工作人员进行相关事务性工作及完成领导交办的其他工作。以及负责部门装修类的日常维修管理，协调供应商做好维修工作。
- Assist management the contractor on site work.d
- 协助管理外包公司的现场工作。
- Implement company environmental policy, energy saving policy. Strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection.
- 贯彻我司环保方针，节电节水，增强环保节约意识。

【Qualifications 任职资质】
- Degree of college and five years relevant work experience. AutoCAD skill is required.
- 最低大专学历，有装修工作经验为五年以上。有AutoCAD经验。
- Relevant skills certificates are required.
- 持有相关技能证书。
- Have plan and team cooperation, organization and implement ability.
