Report To: Regional North Sales Manager

汇报对象: 北方大区经理

PU team: Power Utility business development team of Regional North is a team in

Jean Mueller China to develop the business for Jean Mueller fuse switch disconnector products, especially the low voltage Cable Distribution Cabinet (CDC) for power distribution net work into power utility market, and achieve the company objectives.

PU团队: 北方大区(包括北京、天津、重庆,河北、山西、陕西、甘肃、山东、辽宁、黑龙江,成都等)专门开发电力系统业务的团队,主要推广金米勒熔断器隔离开关、尤其是应用于电力行业低压配电网中的低压电缆分支箱系统,完成团队销售任务。

岗位职责

1) Developing Power Utility market for Jean Mueller business in provincial and city level, establishing relationship with key customer from PU as well as distribution channel for Region North.

负责北方区省级、市级电力系统业务开发,包括发展重点目标客户以及渠道合作

2) Accomplishing Jean Mueller products into Vender list in framework contract of power utility, and achieving the sales target of team and personal goals

促进产品在电力行业入围,完成团队以及个人销售目标

3) Providing support for project biding, participating in the process for technical solution and proposal making

提供项目投招标支持、提供技术以及应用方案

4) Priority for working experience in electrical industry / power utility market with customer resources

协调北方区成套项目与合资厂的合作任务

5) Acting as team leader for Sales- and Budget planning , and sales costs management and controlling

制定团队销售计划和销售预算,对销售费用进行控制和管理

6) Developing and implementing sales strategic and promotion plan for business in power utility market. Preparing company accurate marketing information by regularly reports.

协助公司制定并执行针对电力系统业务的营销战略规划,并提供市场准确信息报告


职位要求:

1) Education background related to Electric engineering, Electrical, power electronics, college degree or above

电气、电力等相关专业,大学专科或以上学历

2)A sense of professionalism, responsibility and team spirit; honest, and hard working

有事业心、责任心和团队合作精神;为人正直诚实,工作努力

3)Minimum 8 years work experience in the electricity industry sales, with professional

marketing capabilities

有8年以上的电力行业销售工作经历,具备职业化市场营销能力

4)Priority for working experience in electrical industry / power utility market with customer resources

有电力行业工作背景或电力系统大客户资源者优先

5) Good communicating skill in English speaking and writing

要求英语有听、说、写能力
