Report to: Regional Sales Manager north

1. Support regional Sales manager and sales to fulfill budget
协助区域销售经理和销售人员完成销售目标
2. Support RSM for daily activities such as order confirmation, payment follow up, expenses check, sales weekly report etc
协助区域销售经理处理日常事务，比如订单确认、货款追踪、费用核查、销售周报等等
3. Support and organize the regional seminars, meeting, trade show etc
组织、协助区域研讨会、会议、贸易展览等
4. support RSM to collect all customer information , business forecast, report and regional market information JMC requests
协助区域销售经理收集客户信息、商业预测、报告和地市场信息等
5. Support RSM for cost control and daily expenses
协助区域销售经理进行费用控制
6. Take charge of office administration
处理办公室日常事务
7. Perform other reasonable work assigned by RSM
区域销售经理分配的其它工作

Requirement:

Dipoma or above, major in electrical engineering or automation
大专以上学历，电气工程或自动化专业
Have good communication and coordination skill
良好的沟通和协作技巧
Be familiar with MS office, especially ppt and excel
熟悉office操作软件，尤其是ppt和excel
2+ years electrical sales assistant work experience
2年以上电气行业销售助理工作经验
