Position Responsibilities /
职位描述:

Conduct and escort R&D Projects for new knife processes and process improvements

1. Support and report to the Manager R&D Center Knives and Deputy Technical Director Factories
2. Coordination and controlling of R&D process development projects
3. Cooperation with related departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance)
4. Installation of new manufacturing processes from first draft until handover to serial production
5. Prepare, conduct and record tests with existing, modified or new processes
6. Analyze test results and identify improvement potentials for
a. Machines
b. Fixtures
c. Auxiliary Materials
d. Procedures
e. Products
7. Conduct and coordinate measures from (6)
8. Creation, modification and update of process documentations and work instructions
9. Assist the company’s additional R&D departments if required

Target of Working Achievement / 工作绩效标准:

1. Successfully escort introduction/implementation of new knife manufacturing projects
2 Successfully escort process improvements

Working Relationship /
工作岗位关系:

1. Internal relationship
a. Report to: Manager R&D Center Knives and Deputy Technical Director Factories
b. Cooperate with: Production, Quality, Maintenance, additional company’s R&D Departments
2. External relationship; Cooperate with: Equipment & Material suppliers.

Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:

1. Education Degree / 学历
University degree, Bachelor with technical specialization (mechanical engineering)
Several years of working experience in similar position

2. Specialized Knowledge / 专业知识
a. Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes
b. Basic knowledge of material science
c. MS Office

3. Professional Ability / 业务了解范围
a. Ability to work in a team
b. Ability to understand and describe technical processes and relations
c. Hands-On manner
d. Readiness to take the initiative to accelerate implementations
e. Readiness to take over responsibility
f. Readiness to further education

4. Working Experience / 工作经验
a. Specialization in grinding processes preferred
b. Experience in installation of new processes
c. Experience in team work

b. Experience in mechanical and/or automation engineering, process engineering and project management.
