Job Description:
职位描述:

1. Be familiar with the Chinese law regarding safety in the workplace
2. Make proposal to eliminate the harm for people’s health, environment and capital assets
3. Implement a danger analysis system
4. Check the safety state of machines and equipments and initiate necessary improvements (new / used machines)
5. Make regular production tours, identify any safety shortcoming and take / propose targeted action
6. Ensure BSCI compliance of the plants with regards to work safety and environmental protection
7. Write the working instruction
8. Guide and advise factory leaders regarding safety issues
9. Chose proper protective equipment for personal use


Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
1. Education Degree / 学历
University degree, Bachelor with technical specialization

2. Specialized Knowledge / 专业知识
a. Advanced knowledge of safety requirements
b. Ability to read and understand technical documents
c. Advanced knowledge of MS Office
d. Knowledge of BSCI standards is an advantage

3. Professional Ability / 业务了解范围
a. Ability to work in a team (close cooperation with External Relations, Maintenance Dep. and Production)
b. Ability to understand and describe technical processes and relations
c. Hands-On mentality
d. Readiness to take the initiative to accelerate implementations
e. Readiness to take over responsibility
f. Readiness to further education

4. Working Experience / 工作经验
a. Experience in production companies preferred
b. Experience in team work

a. Experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
