Responsibility:
工作内容
1. MRP审核及放行；
2. 根据生产产能人力和物料状况制定生产计划(日计划,周计划,月计划)；
3. 根据主生产计划,订购原材料,发放采购订单,协调原材料到货；
4. 物料到达状况分析,协调采购员按物料计划供应；
5. 跟踪生产线产出状况，确保产线按时按量产出；
6. 召开生产会议,讨论生产情况,制定相应措施,确保生产计划按时按量完成；
7. 安排物料外加工,确保物料按时按量回厂；
8. 负责工程变更在供应链部门的实施；
9. 生产线WIP控制和生产线WIP数量管理，确保产线WIP数量准确；
10. 其他安排。

1.MRP verification & release;
2.Make production scheduel (daily, weekly, monthly base) based on production capability and material availability;
3. Release material schedule based on MRP and PO management to meet MPS;
4.Material full kits analysis based on daily production schedule and expedite buyer to get on time RW delivery;
5.Ensure production schedule completed on time & on quantity requested;
6.Lead daily production meeting involving production, buyer, QC and related partners required to review production output status;
7.WIP subcontracted to supplier;
8.ECN(engineering change notice) owner for SCM;
9.Production WIP control and WIP management. ensure WIP qty accuracy.
10.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Request:

1.本科学历。
2.2年以上物料计划及5年以上生产计划工作经验。
3.英语流利.良好Excel技能.乐于挑战.良好沟通能力。
