职位描述：
Key Responsibility:

1. Lead solution development by project management methodology. Manage stakeholders associated with winning opportunities.
2. Influence sales team in the process of filtering project opportunities, to achieve win rate target.
3. Make SSB sales quotation/ proposal and ensure delivering sale proposal for SSB business on time.
4. Follow SSB processes to implement proposal development activities which include but is not limited to bid assessment, risk estimation, proposal generation, proposal approval, order entry, frontlog report and internal transfer.
5. New industry application knowledge transferred to Sales, FBL, SSB engineering team.
6. Contribute to the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, white papers and application notes in specific industries.


Minimum Qualification:

1. High level of expertise and knowledge in PLC/DCS, Standard Drive, Networks, Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge.
2. Tact, excellent interpersonal skills, and self-motivation are essential characteristics.
3. Extensive analysis and problem solving skills.
4. Good English writing and speaking skills.
5. Bachelor degree or above in automation or electrical engineering field. .
6. Typically 6 years or more of related experience in a project-oriented environment.
7. Vertical experience in life science or food & beverage, or chemical industries are a must. 举报 分享
