*Key Job Accountabilities 主要职责:
？ Help set up processing and packaging projects in line with Group policies
？ Head working groups and implement action plans in line with policies, including SMED, production maintenance, Kanban, safety, quality, etc…
？ Monitor investment projects, participate in technical decisions and choice of tools as well as subcontractor bidding based on technical requirements
？ Coordinate installation of new tools and ensure commissioning meeting relevant standards of quality, safety and output
？ Assess the effectiveness of projects by defining and monitoring key indicators
？ Manage subcontractors
？ Stand in for technical supervisors, short-term planners, processing managers and UP managers when necessary
*Preferred Candidate Profile 对候选者要求:
？ Academic or bachelor degree in industrial engineering
？ 2-3 years of documented experience with project management, including budgeting, planning, risk management, execution, etc.,
？ Basic understanding of chemical processes, mechanical and electrical systems
？ Knowledge of construction techniques and practices
？ Good English level both in written and oral
？ Leadership skills
