岗位名称:Assistant, Air Freight Operations(空运客服操作)
岗位职责:
AFR IMP
*Take P.O. Request from consignee and track P.O. until flight schedule is given by origin.
*Track and Trace inbound flight and work with origin when flight delays, notify customer of new flight details
*Make Debit Note to customer upon flight arrival.
*Coordinate import customs clearance between consignee and broker.
*Issue Logis Air Invoice through GSC according to quotations.
*Send bill (GUI) and / or statement to customers on time.
*Logis Air Import Timestamp inputs as per outlined.
*Register correct and real cost in Logis Air through GSC on time.
*File paperwork as outlined in ISO requirements.
*Communicate with suppliers to ensure customers and business needs are met on file level.
AFR EXP
*Take shipper booking and send pre-alert
*Arrange pickup (if required by customer)
*Track and Trace shipments until it gets "delivered" as per incoterms
*Coordinate destination customs clearance and delivery under "D" term.
*Logis Air Export Timestamp inputs as per outlined.
*Send bill (GUI) and / or statement to customers in time as per COP.
*Register correct and real cost in Logis Air through GSC on time.
*Return POD to shipper on shipments under "D" term.
*File paperwork as outlined in ISO requirements.
*Communicate with supplier to ensure customers and business needs are met on file level.
岗位要求:
*Good Outlook/Excel/Word/PPT processing skill: Able to use Excel to work data effectively, able to use PPT in occasion of customer performance review.
*Good sense of customer service. Can think in customer’s position when handling shipments.
*Sense of taking ownership.
*Capable of communicating with supplier to meet customer/company objective.
*3 years above related experience of AFR Operations
*College degree and above
