Manage shopping Centre Fire systems and water supplier and drainage system to meet shopping centre commercial and technical operation needs. Manage and monitor Fire system/water supplier and drainage system vendors to provide safe, reliable and cost effective operation, maintenance and service.

Responsibilities
General
To be responsible for shopping centre fire systems and water supplier and drainage to ensure proper operation and maintenance. Ensure systems and Equipment are properly operated, maintained and documented through standard O&M SOP.

？ Understand and implement Fire Systems and water supplier and drainage system Operation and Maintenance SOP and all other necessary documents such as Risk Manual and Operation Regulations, requirements etc.

？ Manage service companies and technicians to implement preventive and reactive maintenance of fire and water supplier and drainage systems, review site work and collect all test and maintenance reports, maintain system documentation.

？ Monitor and push fire and water supplier and drainage system punch list to be timely closed through effective communication with project contractors.

？ Coordinate fire system technical evaluations of FM Company and water supplier and drainage supplier, vendor’s capability and capacity. Manage relevant service Company, vendors and suppliers to continuously improve service quality.

？ Coordinate and cooperate annual Sec-Check and IKEA blue audit of fire system related tasks in Facility department.
