职位描述：
1.带领检验团队进行产品质量检验，保证检验后的产品100%符合客户要求；
2.根据项目需求灵活安排检验人员；
3.项目启动前准备检验作业指导书并培训检验团队。每天向客户发送检验日报，并定期向客户发送阶段报告；
4.定期对现场进行审核带领团队做持续改善，配合工程师工作；
5.能够撰写8D报告并且保证质量问题改善措施实施，并监督改善效果。
要求/ Requirements：
1.具有相关的LCD检测知识和工作经验；
2.良好的沟通、协调、表达能力和工作执行力；
3.吃苦耐劳，品德端正，诚信正直，善与人沟通，思路清晰，表达流畅；
4.良好的服务意识、团队合作精神和工作责任心；
5.良好的英语读写能力，英语四级以上优先；
6.有AQSIQ资格证书优先。

Requirements:

5，,Good in English reading and writing, prefer CET 4 or above
