Job Purpose

This position will report to Asia Pacific Pricing Manager, Pricing manager is a key resource responsible for all facets of pricing including: reviewing, analyzing and approving special pricing requests (SPR's), competitive analysis, profitability, margin and risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities
DO
Review and approve special pricing requests for Greater China.
Conduct competitive product and price positioning analysis.
Conduct margin analysis, reporting and price sensitivity calculations
Identify and support resolution of deviations from accepted business practices.
Roll-out special pricing projects in GRC, monitoring and reporting any result in pricing to top management and follow up with action plans in a timely manner.
List price adjustment project with global BU and Global Pricing team.
Facilitate cross-border and cross-BU negotiations to maximize RA revenue.
Responsible for analyzing the pricing trend information monthly basis and report variance or pricing trend to senior management within Greater China and Asia Pacific Business Unit leadership.
Identify possibilities to improve current process and provide Trainings to sales team on pricing methodologies, best practices.
Work with IT to evaluate, upgrade and maintain the pricing system infrastructure. Assist in UAT of Pricing Systems.
Maintain contract price/agreements and communicate to relevant parties.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

BS/BA Degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing or Finance or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
2+ years industrial business-to-business or marketing experience or equivalent. Pricing experience preferred, SAP experience desired.
CET6(Toeic 400 plus)is preferred.
