Responsibilities:
1. In charge of all employees’ payroll and benefits matters;
2. Collect all payroll data resources including but not limited to new hires, termination, special salary adjustment, promotion, mandatory benefits and attendance data;
3. In charge of employees’ mandatory benefits in & Out in SH&KS, Work with external vender for employees out of SH&KS;
4. In charge of employees’ job related injury application and maternity allowance application in SH&KS, work with external vender for employees out of SH&KS;
5. In charge of employees’ monthly and annual IIT Filing;
6. Work with payroll outsourcing vender to check payroll calculation and make sure the accurate and payroll cycle, prepare all payroll related reports and payment;
7. Coordinate the payroll approval process, get HRBP, Finance’s approval;
8. In charge of annual mandatory benefit fund and housing fund adjustment for different cities in China;
9. Assist to complete auditing requirement by government, IT, Tax and internal auditor;
10. Assist Leader to prepare annual salary review & bonus payout tools and consolidate feedback for next calculation process in China;
11. Assist leader to prepare the labor cost budget review and calculation in China;
12. Assist leader to complete annual C&B survey data collection and other C&B projects;
13. Prepare related payroll and benefits report, analyze variances data;
14. Answer employees’ questions about compensation and benefits;
15. Complete other tasks as requested.
16. Optimize the database and improve the data quality.
17. Assist team leader to optimize the services processes, system platform to achieve Services Level Agreement.
18. Develop, maintain and continuously improve relationships with external services vender
19. Continuous learning local labor law and regulation, C&B concept and management skills
Requests:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Fluent English, both in oral and written
3. Around 3 ~ 5 years HR experiences, solid knowledge in C&B concept and local labor law
4. Work independently, efficiently and can work under pressure, high level of self-motivation
5. Keep confidentiality on all data information
6. High level of customer service experience required;
7. Good operation at SAP and MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Basic data analysis skills and logic.
