职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.保证订单的准时交付率并提升服务质量；及时跟进订单的生产状态包括campaign 计划、排程、原料采购、运输、外发加工以及质量状况等，并处理推进各部门遇到的各种问题，

Make sure on-time delivery and enhance the quality of customer service, Follow-up the order status, including campaign plan, scheduling, HRC status, Transportation, SSC processing and quality status and push other departments to solve all the issues met.

2.创建、释放交货单，并安排发货。

Create, release delivery order and arrange shipment

3.协助销售经理进行收款和催款流程，最大限度地保证客户在销售合同规定时间内进行付款；

Assist Sales Manager in payment collection and dunning process, to ensure to the maximum extend that customer proceeds payment in accordance with sales contract terms and conditions;

4.向销售经理、OMP以及客户分享订单状。保持与客户的联络，确保客户了解订单状况。

Share order status with Sales manager and OMP. And Keep contact with customer to make sure they know their order status.

5.创建转储交货单

Create transfer delivery order

6.维护客户关系

Maintain customer relationship.

任职要求：

流利的中英文书写和口语交流；

Fluent in Mandarin and English in both written and oral communication;

拥有良好的Word，Excel，PowerPoint或类似软件的操作知识；

Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software;

有团队合作精神和知识共享的意愿；

Teamwork spirit and willingness of knowledge sharing;

积极主动的态度，自我激励的精神以及以追求成果为向导；

Proactive attitude, self-motivated and driven by results;

有独立工作以及主动寻找问题解决方案的能力。

Ability to work independently and take initiatives to find solutions.

以客户为向导，并有建立良好客户关系的热情；

Customer oriented and passionate with building good customer relationship;

有培训新人和其他团队成员的能力；

Ability to coach new comer and other members in the team;

熟悉ERP系统操作。

Familiar with ERP system.
