工作职责：
Responsibility 岗位职责
1. 负责客户服务、订单跟踪及交付相关事宜，确保准时交付Responsible for customer service、following the customer order and coordinating delivery issues to make sure on time delivery;
2. 负责维护客户关系，提升客户满意度Responsible for Maintaining customer relationship and improving customer satisfaction.
3.负责内部沟通，与物料分配、调度、运输以及销售等部门进行内部协调沟通 Responsible for inrenal interfaces with material allocation, scheduling, transportation and sales;
4.管理客户通讯员团队 Responsible for the customer correspondents team management;
5.副产品销售 By-product sales.

任职资格：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,供应链、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in SCM, BA or marketing relevant professional background;
2. 五年及以上供应链管理相关工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验At least five years related working experience in SCM and at least 2 years team leader work experience.
3. 良好的沟通技巧以及解决问题的能力
Good communication skills ability and problem solving ability;
