P URPOSE OF THE JOB
？ Financial Specialist assists the existing Changshu site based finance teams to develop advanced financial processes in order to meet the business growth at Changshu site. The position holder should also carry out Financial Accounting or Business control services for COMPANY businesses and units at Changshu site in close co-operation with FS and BC teams and contact persons in business.
M AIN TASKS AND R ESPONSIBILITIES
？ Supporting and participation to the finance process overall and so ensuring good service level.
？ Performing financial tasks based on the instruction, the financial tasks include but not limit to Financial
？ Accounting and Business Control
？ Actively bringing up ideas for improvements and development in finance process, including e.g.ways of working.
？ Participation in processes and tools development projects.
？ Rehearsing & carrying out defined back-up tasks.
？ Responsibility of own team’s work work together with other team members.
R EQUIREMENTS
？ At least bachelor’s degree or equal qualification in finance
？ Minimum 3 years' work experience in accounting and reporting responsibilities in global environment
？ Fluency in English
？ Good accounting and reporting process knowledge as well as accounting and reporting tools
？ Good knowledge of internal controls
？ Business mindset and proactive
？ Solution oriented and problem solving mindset and the capability to understand complexities
？ Good collaboration and influencing skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changing environment. Good
？ team working and communication skills
？ Ability and willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment
？ Ability and willingness to achieve own and team's targets and timelines.
？ Ability to actively participate to projects and other changes, lead development and take care of implementation
