职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. Cover Englefield, Kallista, and Jacob Delafon brand product development initiatives for the Asia Pacific markets (including China).
2. Work closely with engineering, marketing, Chinese suppliers, and Kohler Asia Pacific regions (THS, ANZ, SEA, NEA) on:
     -Product drawings, testing, packaging, labels, install instructions, regional product certifications, manufacturing plant certifications, product trainings, etc.
     -2 main product types:
Modify existing products to meet new region specific requirements.
Support the launch new products within Asia Pacific.
3. Support Technical Service and Product Training (technical part) for Englefield, Kallista, and Jacob Delafon brand in China
4. Learn/understand regional faucet/product code and standard requirements.
5. Product benchmarking and supplier evaluations.
6. Quality / field issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

1. Good spoken and written Chinese and English.
2. Bachelor degree in Engineering with 3+ yrs technical product experience such as product design, manufacture, sourcing (preferably in plumbing industry).
3. Some experience with Pro-Engineer or equivalent product design software.
4. Some experience with SAP or other related data management systems.
5. Comfortable with regular travel:
6. Experience working globally with non-Chinese speaking people.
7. Experience working within teams including engineering, marketing, purchasing, etc.
8. Self-motivated person with ability to multi-task.
9. Desire to grow career within the Kohler Company.
