岗位职责：
1、在总公司指导下，负责电机事业部预算实现和日常运营；
2、事业部营销方案的拟定与执行；
3、负责事业部的研发、技术、生产、物流等日常管理；
4、在总公司品质体系下，负责事业部质量管理与提升；
5、负责拟定事业部的人员薪酬方案并执行。
任职条件：
1、 学历：本科及以上学历
2、 经验：10年以上电机行业相关工作经验，有营销工作经历。
3、具有良好的领导能力、统筹规划能力、组织、公关与协调能力、分析与决断能力；
